After three years of dreaming, two years of planning, a year and a half of paperwork, and seven months of bureaucratic morass:
1) Erika actually has her visa
2) and she’s officially a graduate student at Melbourne University,
3) we have our plane tickets, and
4) we’re actually moving to Australia.
We’re leaving at the crack of dawn on Feb. 7th. Going away party TBA.
As an added bonus, I already have a job interview lined up!

I am so excited for you two, and definitely jealous. A little sad not to have you in the states anymore, but also happy to have folks to visit in Australia!
